In Case You Were Wondering

How does PDRX pharmacy work?

PDRX Pharmacy will deliver your medications directly to your home. Your medical provider sends the prescription to PDRX Pharmacy as typically to any pharmacy. Once received, our team will review your prescription and send your prescription for delivery to your home or a convenient location.

What about refills I already have on file with other pharmacies?

Refills can be transferred from other pharmacies. Let your provider know you'd like your refills transferred to PDRX Pharmacy.

Do I need to do anything special for my refills to be filled?

Our team monitors constantly to ensure that you receive your refills timely. Once your refills run out, you will need a new prescription from your provider.

Do I need to sign for my prescription?

In general, shipping and delivery require a signature. If there is an issue with needing to be home, we offer a convenient no-signature option.

How do I contact the pharmacy with the questions I may have?

Feel free to call us at (866) 567-1642 with any questions.

Does PDRX Pharmacy offer compounded medications?

We do not offer compounded medications but have a list of topical medications for your provider from which to choose.
